As agents for the following properties, the Burra Visitor Centre staff can take the pain away finding something suitable. All you have to do is contact us with the following information and we will do all the running around for you. Firstly read the options available, then choose your preferred accommodations, and contact us. Its that simple ! Please note that while we are able to provide information on the Burra Caravan Park, we are unable to make bookings for their sites or on-site vans. Once we have your request. ü We will check availablility with your preferred accommodations, in the order you have determined ü Make a temporary booking in your name ü Contact you to confirm the booking and arrange payment ü Once payment is processed, confirm the temporary booking with the provider. ü Send a confirmation letter, receipts, location map and other details to you. Accommodation Options Please note that rates listed are a guide only and may alter for long weekends, Easter or single night bookings. Minimum night stays are required on long weekends. If you have any special requests please do not hesitate to ask as our providers are extremely accommodating. Burra Visitor Information Centre Accommodation Terms & Conditions 1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation displayed on our site. 2. Payment: A 50% deposit needs to be paid to secure your booking, the balance must be paid 1 month prior to arrival. If booking within 1 month of arrival the full payment is required to confirm your booking. 3. Changes: If you want to change any details of your booking we will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. 4. Cancelations& Refunds: Please Note, if you cancel your booking the 12.5% VIC commission for processing will not be refunded. The refund of the balance of your booking is entirely at the discretion of the individual operator. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your stay and you require a refund, the 12.5% VIC commission for processing will not be refunded. The refund of the balance of your booking is entirely at the discretion of the individual operator. Partial refunds are not given through the visitor centre eg: a booking is made for 4 adults & 2 children, 2 adults decide not to come – no refund will be given. Please ensure you book the correct number of guests at the time of booking. 5. Tentative Bookings: Tentative bookings will only be held for 2 days (48hrs) there after your booking will be forfeited. 6. Grievences: If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your stay and you have any grievances we will initiate the initial contact with the operator for you, it is the responsibility of the individual operator to follow up any grievances.
