Burra Heritage Passport

Burra Heritage Passport

Burra’s unique Heritage Passport allows the visitor access to eight locked sites, including the Monster Mine area, Redruth Gaol, the underground Unicorn Brewery cellars and the Dugouts. A comprehensive guide book details 65 historic sites over an 11 km driving trail and a walk through Market Square. Available seven days a week from the Burra Visitor Centre.

You are entitiled to keep the passport key and guide book for the duration of your stay in Burra, so take your time, enjoy the sites as many times as you like, and learn about our wonderful past.

Museum Pass

We are proud to announce that visitors to Burra can now obtain a pass that allows entry to the four museums only, without repeating the Burra Passport. This is excellent for visitors who have already experienced the passport before.

You are entitiled to keep the Museum Pass for as long as it takes to visit each museum, even on your next trip to Burra !

The Passport and Museum Pass are great value for money, with discounts given for concession card holders, seniors and National Trust members. School age children are FREE !
