Eudunda

Wander the charming main street of Eudunda, with its historic buildings, and vine draped verandahs.

Visit eclectic shops and cafes, as well as the Eudunda Family Heritage Gallery, celebrating over 140 years of history.

Eudunda is the home town of author, Colin Thiele, and features in his novels, Sun on the Stubble, Uncle Gustav's Ghost, and The Valley Between, that recall his childhood. He is remembered with a bronze statue in the towns picturesque Centenary Gardens, and there is also a great scenic drive (featured on our Discover Goyder app) which highlights his boyhood home and a number of locations made famous by his books.
